When you use SwarmAgent, we collect the following information:
- Email address and name (via Google or GitHub OAuth)
- Email address, product interest, and optional comments when you join the pricing waitlist
- Feedback category and message, plus an optional email address when you submit feedback
- Anonymous installation milestones: installation registration, completed onboarding, and first successful user-authored primary run. These events contain no prompts, transcripts, file paths, provider payloads, email addresses, or machine identifiers.
- Basic analytics (page views, feature usage)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the SwarmAgent service
- Authenticate your account
- Send important service updates
- Follow up about the products and availability you asked about
- Review feedback, investigate bugs, and improve the platform
- Measure whether anonymous installations complete onboarding and a first meaningful run; these metrics describe activated installations, not verified people
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and secure OAuth flows. Your data is stored on our private infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Google and GitHub for authentication. Their privacy policies apply to data they collect during the OAuth flow. Public feedback uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is made by a human; Cloudflare processes the challenge under its own privacy policy.
